7. Showcase and Templates Store

When browsing the Showcase and Templates Store, we process minimal data to render demos, process payments, and provide post-purchase support.

  • The Showcase may display external demo links for real-time project previews.
  • In the Templates Store, payments are processed by third-party providers (Asaas), under their own privacy policies.
  • We do not store full card data in our systems; only metadata required for order validation and support.
  • After payment confirmation, we may process contact data for delivery, technical support, and communication about the purchased template.
  • After download availability, as this is a digital and customizable product, purchase cancellation or refund requests are not possible.
  • On the Showcase, customizable or bespoke offerings follow a different delivery flow than the Templates Store (automatic download): you must contact us to align scope, timeline, pricing and delivery before or after expressing interest.

8. Digital products and downloads

For templates and other digital products delivered by download, the following rules apply in addition to these Terms.

  • Each purchase authorizes up to five (5) downloads of the package; once the limit is reached, the link stops working.
  • Any failure, error or issue with the download must be reported to our support - do not use unofficial channels to obtain additional copies.
  • Downloads are technically traceable (access logs and events associated with the delivery link).
  • Resale, redistribution or unauthorized sharing of the product or source code is prohibited; unlawful conduct may lead to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.
