This Privacy Policy describes how AI Smart Form Filler ("we", "our", "Service") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information.

Commitment to your Privacy: Your privacy is our priority. We store your profile data locally in your browser and do not have access to it. We collect only the minimum necessary to provide and improve our service.

🛡️ Local Security Commitment

Your sensitive data (including Credit Cards, SSN/ID numbers, and Documents) are encrypted and stored EXCLUSIVELY in your browser's local storage (Chrome Local Storage).

We do NOT have servers to store your form data. No one on our team has access to your personal information.

We use the chrome.storage.local API to persist your information. When you uninstall the extension, all your local data is automatically deleted.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Locally Stored Data (Not Collected by Us)

The following data is stored only in your browser using the Chrome Storage API:

User profiles: Name, email, phone, address, company, job title, LinkedIn, website, custom messages
Fill history: Record of filled forms (Pro users only)
Settings: Extension usage preferences

Important: This data remains only on your device. We do NOT have access to, do NOT collect, and do NOT store this information on our servers.

1.2 Data Collected for Payment Processing

When you subscribe to a Pro plan, we collect through Asaas:

Identification information: Full name, email
Payment information: Processed and stored by Asaas (we do not have access to card details)

After the 7-day free trial, once the plan fee is charged, in case of cancellation there will be no refund. The subscription will remain active until the end of the current period and the cancellation will take effect only at the end of that period.

1.3 Usage and Diagnostic Data

We automatically collect anonymous statistics about extension usage to improve the service and identify errors. This data does not identify you individually.

Google Gemini API: When requested by you, we send only the form context and relevant data to generate filling suggestions. Google does not use this data to train its models.
